500 Gram Creamed Honey

Creamed Honey is still unpasteurized. It undergoes a mixing process in order to control the final consistency. Since all unpasteurized honey will crystalize it is hard to control how grainy or coarse the crystals will be. Creaming honey involves mixing in a "seed" honey, a honey that naturally crystallizes smoothly or has previously been creamed, with liquid honey and mixing it until it has a smooth consistency.
