  • Unpasteurized honey will naturally crystallize over time. This does not mean it has gone bad! In fact it is a good indicator that the honey you are buying has gone under minimal treatment and still contains all the enzymes and pollen particles that makes honey a healthier alternitive to processed sugars. The rate and constistancy that honey crystallizes too is dependant on the nectar source that that particular batch of honey is made from.

    To return crystallized honey back to liquid, simply heat a pot of water, remove the pot from the heat source and place the jar of crystallized honey into the water. Over time the crystals will break down and return to liquid honey!
